I am especially appreciative of the kindness and patience provided by Jeremy yesterday, as he explained carefully and thoroughly (to someone with no understanding of the radiator system) the need for an unexpected repair. Everything went ok, I was just concerned about the condition of the u joint end cap clips being quite distorted. I was assured by Jason Graham that if any issues arise that it will be taken care of.

They are ethical, friendly, and professional dealing with me for scheduled maintenance of my car. The price is fair and they explained to me that if any service is needed, they'll send me the pictures of where repair is needed and ask me before they do anything. I definitely recommend them.
