These guys are so great I wish I could have taken one home. Lol Very genuine and helpful guys and they dang well know how to get your car repair done. They were the only thing I liked about Phoenix! Hope they open a shop in Pahrump! They have a very nice waiting room and coffee bar. They have a shuttle. They know how to treat customers right. Fast rule. When you find a great mechanic keep him (or her).

Went to get a recall done on my car-they told me that I had no oil cap and oil was covering my air filter. Well-the last time my hood was up was an oil change by Kerry’s...so. Called and talked to Jose the manager. He didn’t argue or debate-just asked where the car was and ordered a new cap and filter to be put on the car now. Took the car into Kerry’s the next day-they cleaned the motor and changed the oil-plus gave me another oil change for free. Why 5 stars? Everyone screws up-we’re humans. He said the guy doesn’t work there and made no excuses. They made a mistake and made it right to my satisfaction.
