As always, outstanding service from start to finish...every issue completely explained. Reasey went above and beyond standard customer service which was greatly appreciated. The shop looks fantastic as always...brilliant art displays...spotless bathrooms...comfortable seating...we always feel at home. The technician, Payson, was helpful with an issue that had nothing to do with the service but was critical to my phone not working...much appreciated! January 23, 2019 I was on my way to Phoenix from Tucson for a meeting at the Capital. I just had my 2001 X5 tuned up and checked out for the road trip for a couple of days. I was about 10 miles north of Tucson with my alternator light came on. I figured it was a glitch, but .75 miles from my meeting, my X5 kicked down into "limp mode" and died at 7th St. and Jefferson. I called my Tucson mechanic and they highly recommended me to 180 Automotive. the 180 team got me a tow to their shop with in minutes. Two of their mechanics put their current projects on hold to give me a quick diagnosis. Diagnosis, bad battery. The good thing is that 180 Automotive is an authorized Interstate Battery dealer and my battery was under a 100% warranty. Needless to say, a little more than an hour later I was back on the road to my meetings and writing this review from Tucson. This is what I would call a trustworthy shop. Be well.

During an oil change the mechanic came in, showed me a spark plug with oil all over it and told me I had a gasket seal, leak. He also told me the inner side of my tires were worn thus meaning alignment issues. The estimate was around $800 just to fix the seal leak (mind you the part is only $40 online and youtube tutorials show the work takes an hour, if that). One of my friends proceeded to check my spark plugs and they were all dry. Just to confirm my friend's findings, I went to another auto shop and they confirmed I didnt have ANY of the issues Kerry's auto told me I had. If you don't do your homework and compare costs and get 2nd opinions, these guys will empty your wallets and get away with it because they do it with a smile.

Con-artists! They told me my truck needed a rack n pinion which would total $2,400. I got an estimate at a shop off central and Deer Valley and they quoted $1,400. I get to that other shop, they take a look and say the rack n pin is fine, it was simply a bushing. Not only did I save a ton but the right issue was fixed, and fixed right. Way over priced AND scammers!
