Kerry's was up front with me about additional issues with the car. Only work that I had authorized was completed. Due to finances, I could only get the maintenance work done. The other needed repairs were explained and estimates given. I will be going back to Kerry's to get the remaining work completed. Family members recommended Kerry's to me and I recommend them to you.

Dont even bother making an appointment, I made one for 930 this morning and by 11 they haven't even touched my truck. Normally I'm patient, but I had my 5 year old with me and she was getting bored and we had more places to go to today.

We brought our RV into Kerry's Care Care the day we were leaving to go out of town. We discovered at the last minute that our brake lights weren't working and our A/C was blowing warm. They got us in right away so we could get on the road as quickly as possible. They fixed our A/C and diagnosed the problem with our brake lights. They weren't able to fix the brake lights at this location since they don't have the capabilities to lift our RV. Devlin called their other location and explained to them the situation so they could fix it quickly at the other location. They didn't charge us for diagnosing the brake problem, since they weren't able to fix it here. We were so impressed with their quick service and expertise. We'll definitely be back!

So I got a transmission flush from this place and was charged 287. I paid the price and left. I was skeptical of the price that I was charged so I took it to my normal shop,I go to and asked them what price they would charge for the same service. I was quoted 124 for the same service. So I gave a one star rating. I was later contacted by one of Kerry’s Car Care associate and asked why I gave a one star rating. I explained to him why and he was willing to rectify the situation and offered me 3 free oil changes to offset the price I paid and they will mail it out. I thought that was fair, so in return i retracted my review and gave them a 5 star. So a week has passed and I still haven’t received anything in the mail.

Classic Jeep went in for 2 taillights not working. 3 trips and 9 total days later we recieved back- 1. No taillights working 2. Brake lights now not working. 3. Blown starter from forgetting to hit the power switch and then draining the battery causing the Jeep to struggle starting. 4. Dead battery (duh!) 5. Ripped apart inner door handle from opening and closing without care. 6. Two very upset owners, who both are well connected in the community, especially Westwing area, that will do everything in their power to keep anyone else from experiencing these idiots.
