I have been there once, but plan on going back. Good customer service and they got me in quickly without an appointment. Very happy with the service.

This is a great shop I have used them many times and the work is always satisfactory. The staff is very nice and caring. However, they always leave my car dirty. I take very good care of my car and I keep it clean. Every time I recieve my car it has hand prints on the exterior, hand prints and grease in the engine bay, they adjust my mirrors without returning it, and my interior smells like a mechanic. Take care of tge cars better and it would be a 5 star rating.

I had taken my Ford F150 to the dealership for an oil change and they noted my rear breaks were down to 3mm and urged that I get them done ASAP, which I agreed, but I was not going to pay $600+. I decide to get a second opinion at Kerry’s Car Care and got quoted less than half of what the Ford dealership wanted. When I got the call that my truck was ready the noted that they comped me the rotors because they discovered a defect in one of the rotors and the rotor was close to the thinnest threshold. Ford did fail to mention this about my rotor, which I was not too happy about. In addition, Jose the manager and Tyler were very helpful and definitely know the meaning of great customer service. They definitely won me over not just for what they did on the break job, but because they know how to treat people and I never felt like a number there. I will definitely be back for my oil changes and any other service my truck needs!

Went in for a tire balance and alignment. The tire balance was performed perfectly, but when I checked the air pressure (all had more psi than I normally run) I noticed two of the chrome valve stems weren't replaced. Then there's the alignment, or lack thereof. Apparently the machine went down so they couldn't do it. I was told I'd get a call when it's fixed but I haven't. It could still be broken for all I know.

I was referred to Kerry’s Auto to have an Interlock device installed. I arrived 1 hour ahead of of my appointment time, but was taken right in. The time it took to have the device installed was a little longer than what Quick Start had said it would take, but that was okay. During the installation I was given an update to the process and was told that I would to have a photograph taken for the Installation Certificate, but that never happened. I didn’t think of it at the time, wanting to just go home, but while uploading the document to MVD, DMV, ADOT or what ever they want to call themselves, the document was received, but never accepted. I now had to make an appointment to present the document in person and hope that they accept it. But enough of that, Kerry’s Auto performance was and professorial and efficient. Jim

Car was low on transmission oil. Kerry’s took care of it. Will come back if any other issues pursue.
