Brought a car to them to diagnose any problems. Got me right in and gave me fair prices and good info. Friendly staff will be using them for my car repairs in the future.

I feel like I got cheated and hustled out of my money for a diagnostic. The print out I got did not even have any recommendations as to what needs to be replaced or prices. The print out that I paid $160 for only had the things I mentioned to them in the beginning. Then I got berated to pay $600 + for a part that cost $49. No one had masks on until I mentioned it to the associate that was helping me. I just felt very uncomfortable about the whole experience. Money down the drain in a damn pandemic!!! Won't do that again

Have a 2017 Honda oddessy. I have been in the dealership 3 times and they tell me the noise is normal. Right Honda Scottsdale. I knew it wasn't so I took to certified Honda auto shop aka Kerry's car care in Scottsdale. Thetech William found it! Timing belt issue. Highly recommend them. Awesome honest people!

Honestly I would take my truck back to Kerry's A little steep on price but hey, you get what you pay for. Over all experience, excellent.
