Glendale
I wanted my p200 code diagnosis. I asked if they had a $5000 snap on scanner of a $1500 autel scanner and the salesman assured me that they have diagnostic scanners, not just code readers. $149 diagnosis no matter how long it takes. Well, the salesman calls back and says that it's going to be $328 to diagnosis due to a security code issue, so I say please go ahead I want to diagnosis the p200 code. Days later they cannot diagnose the p200 code until they fix the security system $500 and put in new o2 sensors $500. I ended up saying no, let's part ways. If they had the proper scanner they can clear the security codes/bypass them and not just throw parts at it. All in all, they lied about their diagnostic abilities. I guess have a rare chevy 5.3 liter. I paid $300 for basically nothing. I never got the p200 code diagnosis.
