I came in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. Justin was able to get me in and get taken care of. This was my 1st visit here. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

I feel like they got over on me. I paid $1600 for what they said was an easy fix, now Almost a full week later they still have my truck and it’s worse then when I brought it in. I am extremely dissatisfied and regret bringing my vehicle here. Definitely will not venture out again, Grulichs definitely is the way to go. They provide an all around better service.

Kerry's on Lake Pleasant Pkwy came highly recommended from some family members, so I gave them a try. I'm glad I did. I thought I needed brake pads but the technicians showed me that my pads were still in good shape. I was invited to look over my car to visually inspect the brakes and tires. I discovered, however, that my tires were not in good shape and actually a safety hazard. Kerry's took great care of my car and even honored a coupon which saved me significant money. They were all professional and friendly, and Kerry's absolutely earned my return business.

Made a 7am appt for a simple oil change, was told an hour or less. Fine, we all know there are hundreds of drive up oil change places but I’ll pay more for an appt. So I show up only to be told 2-3 hour wait. Why give out appts if they don’t honor them? I work by appointments and expect those making the appt to show up while I respect their time and see them at their pre-set up appt time. Their response to me showing up for a scheduled appt at 7am in my day off, “sorry”. What? Show up to your dental appt at 9am for a 9am appt and be told we’ll see you by noon. Hmm work for you? Nope you’d be out the door, so why is this ok? Btw, it’s happened before and I dismissed as a bad day, now it’s a habit.
