Arizona Auto Repair

I made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off early about 10 to 15 minutes. Went to the local restaurant around the corner to wait. Had dinner no call or texts about my car being ready. After almost an hour and a half hour and 15 or so went back to check on the progress. Car had never even been looked at yet. No apology, not even an offer of discount of any sort. So took my keys back and left with out the service. Would have at a minimum expected a call saying they were running late and may even a coupon of any sort. None of that but quite a bit of up sell when I was checking in. Not sure if I will return. 99% will not go back here due to their service. Was my second time here and was a miserable experience. Not a good option for me. I could have been doing much more useful things with my time besides wasting it and not even getting any kind if service or regrets from them.

They do a great job doing QuickStart interlock installs..

I went to this place for a simple 15 minute interlock calibration. they proceeded to put my car on a lift and an hour and a half later tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I was not there for. they use unscrupulous business practices to peddle their automotive work. I also heard the lady at the counter quote another customer a $500 oil change because their technicians "found some other issues". This place is scam.

Awesome crew found issues the last 2 places missed. Highly recommend them, had me in and out in less than an hour.

Everyone was incredibly friendly. Waiting room was super comfortable. Broke down every inspection and service before preforming any work. Highly recommend to anyone needing their car serviced. This is definitely where I'll be taking my car from now on.
