Dropped my car off yesterday due to my AC not being able to turn off even if the car was off. Gave them my key and was told they would call me with an update that day. Didn’t receive a call but assumed they were busy and they would call me the next day. They didn’t call me so I had to call them. They told me on the phone that they would send me a text within 15 minutes about what is going on with my car. Didn’t get a text and after an hour of waiting I called them again. Man in the phone apologized about getting left on the back burner and said he would call me in at least 30 minutes with an update. Waited for two hours and still had no call, no text, nothing at all. Not trusting in them communicating to me on what’s going on with my car by phone, I had to physically go to them to figure this out. They tell me that they weren’t able to figure out what is wrong with my car and that it would cost $400 to MAYBE figure out what was wrong with it. To top it off, the man I was talking to said that he was told that I was talked to about all this already!!! Not trusting them to help me anymore I just wanted to take my car home. They had to jump my car because, mysteriously, my month old car battery was dead after being in their care for only 24 hours. When this place was new I’d really felt like they cared and wanted to help their customers. Now it just feels like a customer is another walking dollar sign to them. Unless you want to play phone tag over the course of several days, be left in the dark about your vehicle until the very last minute, and go through all that just to be told that it’s going to cost you money to “possibly” figure out the problem, then I highly suggest finding somewhere else to take you car. It’s not worth it. Long story short- -No communication on their end -Been lied to several times by them -Gave back my car with a dead battery when the battery is still new -Received my car in a worse state than it was dropped off.
