From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted by Justin Allen he was attentive on what my issue is and how he could help. He drove the car with me to demonstrate the problem. He got my point of view and assured was he would get it done the right way and he would keep in touch and update us. He did exactly what he said and more!! I PRESENTED A COUPON I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL ADVERTISING A PRICE OF $19.95 PLUS TAX FOR A BLENDED OIL CHANGE. AFTER WAITING AN UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME,WHILE WATCHING SERVICE PEOPLE STANDING IDLE WITH THEIR HANDS IN THEIR POCKETS, I WAS NOTIFIED OF CHARGES ABOVE $34.00 FOR THE OIL CHANGE.I EXPLAINED MY CONCERNS AND WAS GIVEN AN OPTION OF A GETTING REFUND IN THE MAIL OR A FREE FUTURE OIL CHANGE. I CLARIFIED THAT IF I ACCEPTED THE FREE FUTURE OIL CHANGE THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGES OF ANY TYPE AND WAS ADVISED THERE WOULD BE NONE. I ACCEPTED THAT OPTION AND WILL WAIT FOR THE RESULTS AT MY NEXT OIL CHANGE. WHY CAN'T THERE BE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IN YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS? NOW, AFTER TAKING THE TIME TO TRY TO RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST FOR A REVIEW THE SITE WON'T ACCEPT THE POST!
