The customer service was good, their lobby was clean they had a good relevant film showing, but the person behind the desk would not charge me a normal rate in my opinion, for the service that they offered -they charged $151 for labor to replace one part which took about an hour? when I looked it up online they said the labor service for this would be $50? So I felt a little like I was overcharged. They have a Lyft pick you up and take you home for free, which is A huge service, that makes all the difference! Thank you.

Very honest and upfront about the service you will receive. They promise what they can deliver. The prices are competitive with any auto repair shop in Arizona. The quality and gurantee are excellent. The customer service is fast and friendly. I will bring all 3 of my vehicles here for repair and or service if needed. Very hard to find this caliber and combination of talent in one shop.

These guys are honest and they will take the time to explain the mechanical issues in layman's terms or professional, mechanical terminology. I trust them with my personal and business vehicles!.... I'd even trust them to work on my ex's minivan!
