Oil change and air filter. Used a coupon for the oil change and with the price of the air filter I think was a very fair deal. I will be going back to them if and when I need service on my vehicles.

Went in with a coupon for a synthetic oil change for $49.95. They texted me suggesting I get other work done (change transmission fluid for $229 and change brake fluid for a $129 or $159 or something). I declined the other work at this time. When I picked up the car the total was $71. More than I’ve paid to have the oil change in this car, without a coupon! The guys at the desk were very nice, but definitely feeling frustrated at the amount. (Car is a Toyota and has 71,000 miles on it) Update: The regional manager did call me and apologized that it wasn't made more clear that this car might require more oil and that it would be extra. And also that the price of oil is up right now. I am changing my 2 stars to 4 stars and appreciate the follow up.

Had a very good experience from the moment I walked in the door. They greeted me pleasantly, listened attentively as I explained the problem. Got my vehicle in right away & did an inspection. Showed me what the problem was & gave me a quote, while explaining the cost of each item. I got my car back the same day. I took my car in the other day and had a misunderstanding with one of the new reps on a quote I'd received. The general manager, Anthony, personally reached out to me to explain the perfect storm that culminated in the misunderstanding. Not only that, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help set the record straight with me. These guys are out here to provide the best work at the best value here in the valley and Anthony demonstrated this high standard runs through their company from top to bottom.
