When my husband and I noticed a leak from my car on New Years Eve, we took our 2016 Explorer into Kerry's. Once they gave us the info we needed to understand what was wrong and the work that would need to be done (via phone), he and I went into the shop to talk with the team in person. We were greeted with professional and knowledgeable gentlemen with our best interest in mind. Since cars aren't my expertise they helped me to understand what the problem was, what the job would entail, and offered additional solutions to help save time and money in the long run. Although the price was unexpected (due to the nature of the problem and the extensive labor), Anthony helped us problem solve. We made informed decisions with input from experienced and well trained techs. The best service Kerry's offers, aside from the men and women they employ, is their warranty.
