Kerry's is defintely the best of the three repair shops I have tried in Phoenix. Honest estimates, prompt repairs. A person actually answers their phone!! Kimberly on Mariposa is fabulous - answers any and all questions - will even draw little diagrams to show you where the repairs are being made and why they are needed. They schedule promptly, and are honest about wait times so that you can wait if your schedule permits, or they provide transportation if you need to return to work. Onsite refreshments and comfortable seating are a bonus!! I also really appreciate that they send postcard coupons rather than jam your email. Just keep doing what you are doing!!

Knowledgeable and friendly personnel that take there time in explaining issues with your vehicle. Very comfortable taking my car there knowing my car will be fixed correctly the first time. Labor prices are fair. Very good experience.
