All the personnel were exceptional. Even did a follow up phone call just to make sure everything was OK. You don’t find that very often. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite. Knew what he was talking about regarding our vehicle did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Would definitely revisit them again if we have any issues with our vehicles. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Called dealership to schedule appointment for my Ford F150 "Service Charging System" light. Dealership could not get my truck in for 2 weeks. Called Kerry's late on Friday afternoon, Brought my truck in Saturday morning and had it fixed ( had to replace alternator ) by 2:30 the same day. Awesome customer service! Thanks.

We have had a very amazing experience with this company. We were stuck with a bad transmission in our only car and not only did they take us in on the same day, but they made extra efforts to ensure we were getting the best deal. Our car was continuing to show errors after the first transmission replacement and rather than giving up, Kerry's went through the extra effort to find us another transmission and redo the work. When they were officially done they were even flexible with our pick up day to allow us to get our finances in order first. With their warranty protection on the transmission we know we are in good hands. They even made recommendations regarding our finance payments to allow us to not waste our money in the long run. Overall amazing customer service and a great experience despite our very unfortunate situation. Thank you Kerry's! *Will update if any issues occur past this point.*

LOVE THIS PLACE AND ITS PEOPLE!!! I have gotten my car serviced at Kerry’s pretty much ever since I moved here in 2020 and I don’t go anywhere else. They are trustworthy, kind and go above and beyond to make sure I understand what is happening to my car. I never feel dumb or like I’m being scammed. They will not do anything until they have your full confirmation. They even took care of my moms car problems when I was in and my mom was blown away by how nice and knowledgeable they are. They normally get me in same day and constantly update me on what is going on when my car is in the garage. They can seem expensive but it’s just the price of labor and inflation making prices go up, Kerry’s is reasonable priced and is comparable to other car service businesses around. The building is always clean and all the waiting rooms are so nice. I love going in and seeing their smiles when I walk through the door and them making sure I’m ok when I leave. I will always go to Kerry Auto Care!
