Efficient and prompt service

Bobby , the General Manager was helping me with my Nissan titan 2006 for a tire rotation and he also found that I needed a left front lower ball joint and an oil filter housing seal. He gave me a quote and offered great value behind his warranty of 5 years 60,000 on parts and labor. He built a lot of value behind the inspection and was very willing to help with answering any and all of my questions and also gave me different options on what should be done first and foremost. Best of all he didn’t rush me out the door like some of these automotive repair facilities that make you feel you’re just a number. Bobby made me feel like I was talking to a friend about fixing my truck and I think that’s what customer service is all about. Bobby is an asset to Kerry’s car care and should be given a raise. I will most definitely come back for the work that he presented to me. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Staff was courteous. Instead of a shuttle bus to get home they provided the LYFT service.Put my vehicle in at 7AM and they completed the work about 10. Parts were ordered late afternoon of the day before. The son-in-law had spoke well of the business, so I tried them.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I was greeted and promptly helped. I received great customer service from Anthony and staff. I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this business. My check engine light was on called 3 other repair shops they insisted on running diagnostic test along with the free code scan. I brought it in here, they ran the code scan and instead of pushing the test or repair they advised me to go to my dealership because this was a known issue and printed it ot for me. Very honest!

TJ Winter took excellent care of me and my car. They replaced the driver's seat belt lock, and replaced the coolant. Their prices were less than anywhere else that I found. I will definitely use Kerry's Car Care again when needed.
