I love this place! I've been taking my car to 180 auto for the last couple years and have never left disappointed. Bogi, Lisa, Whitney, Angel and Kenny (yes, I know them all by name, that's how friendly and cool they are) have always been completely honest with me and have never tried to sell me work they didn't think I absolutely needed. They have shown me a level of customer service that is unparallel to anywhere. I frequently just stop in to chat with the crew. They have all become good friends of mine. If your looking for a place you can trust with amazing customer service go here, hands down!

This was an eye opening experience, I have never enjoyed taking my car to a shop as I always feel like I am going to get charged for something that I do not really need. The shop manager was great. informative and for me, very fair. I only hope that the car performs as well as you team!

Most of us rightfully dread taking our cars in for repair. But now your worries are over because:A) you can trust that they will not sell you parts or service you don't needB) they will tell you if you can wait on a non-critical service, and for how longC) their prices are fair and less than dealership pricesD) they will tell you if there is a service you need that they canNOT perform, and will recommend someone. E) they will give you a courtesy ride to/from your home or other destination within a reasonable distance of their shop. In short, if it isn't covered under your car brand's warrantee, go to Airpark first.

Everything went fine but..... as I was driving home that night my Jeep is now "shuddering" and my oil light is on....so I will be making another trip over next week. I was told she was good to go for 700 miles when my next oil change is due?????
