I’ve taken every car I’ve had for the last 7+ years to this location. They go above and beyond to help you in repairing your vehicle and giving you the best advice. They have great prices and the work is always high quality. I don’t trust any other auto repair shops like I do Kerry’s Car Care on Norterra! Henry and Kevin are super sweet,patient,hard working and truly amazing employees. They’ve always went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it! Not to mention they have great coupons and deals for oil changes! 💜 thank you guys for everything!!

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from an auto shop. Came in to get a tire puncture fixed. In and out in 15-20 minutes

Kerry's has been a godsend to my husband and I! A lot of times they have to be the bearers of bad news (especially with older, used cars 🥲), but they always give you information with such great smiles, kindness and honestly that you just can't be mad! Jason and James and the techs there are incredible and we are so grateful to have mechanics that we trust! We highly recommend them and will definitely continue working with them!

If I could give 1000 stars and more, I would Justin and his crew are amazing. They get my vehicle to working when I need oil change or something fixed on it. They do price comparison highly recommend them honest fair and they do a good job on your vehicle

Great Customer Service! Collin and the team are professional and honest, and it is quite evident they have a great mastery of the automotive world. I’ve had my vehicles serviced there for over a year now and I trust that they are upfront about what work is needed right away vs. what can be put on the list for future servicing. All of the staff I’ve interacted with are courteous and informative and even the waiting area is comfortable and conducive for doing a little work while waiting on the service. For longer jobs, they’ll provide a Lyft to and from the shop which is a great bonus. Collin and crew, keep up the good work and you’ll continue to be our go-to shop for all our family vehicles.

Kerry's Car Care team is amazing! I brought my car in with some issues and they took it in right away and my car was taken care of within a day. Very friendly and kind staff! I recommend this place to everyone!

An excellent place to have your vehicle serviced. Always friendly and professional, and will send you on your way well taken care of. Also one of the only shops I know of that's open on Saturday. 10/10 Would recommend Kerry's Car Care - Glendale.

I’ve been going here for years and they’re always completely transparent about what needs to be done and if something does pop up, they help me prioritize what needs to get done versus what should be done. So thanks guys/all for always being helpful and honest! Oh and go to Window Coffee across the street while you wait for your car to get fixed, it’s so good 10/10 😎

Repairs are done well and priced fairly. One of the mechanics Kevin went out of his way to find the most cost-effective solution for me. Props to him and other mechanics who worked on my car!

Kerry's Car Care did an outstanding job on my car. About a week ago, my vehicle started to overheat. I took it to several places, but felt uncomfortable returning because I have a European engine, and not everyone can work on those types of cars. After speaking with a friend, he referred me to Kerry's Car Care in Chandler, AZ, as he was dropping off his SUV for repairs on May 6, 2025. I'm thrilled I took his advice! I had a radiator leak, and Jose and his team did an excellent job with the repairs, which were completed on a Saturday. Jose asked me to return the car the following Saturday to ensure everything is sealed. He also mentioned that there is a five-year warranty on the parts. His pricing is quite fair, and I can confidently say I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Jose and staff! DH
