My tire blew out a block away from their shop. They were so fantastic and helped me out incredibly. They put my spare on free of charge! I live very far away or I would use them again. I highly recommend this honest repair shop!

These guys did a nice job got my car in right away. We are from out of town and our AC went out. Took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and got us back on the road.

All fixes are quick and Henry is very helpful Changed starter and fixed my windows here Have been using the service six times already and is very satisfied with the results

Granted I'm just a parts runner , but this shop is kick ass north valley diamond in the desert! .Staff above and beyond friendly and by looking at there tools and equipment,not cheap stuff and I know they use top shelf parts . The grounds around the shop beautiful and the vehicles in and around the shop , not cheep basic transportation, so obviously skills are needed to know the higher end vehicles. When I go there to drop off parts , I feel the warm and friendly welcome there , not an experience I get at alot of shops . Weather your close or a bit of a ways away . These guys are worth looking into , I'm sure if your broken down they can help and get your ride to their shop , without you having to figure it out . One of my top five favorite shops in the whole valley . Give me chance ! You won't be disappointed

Got my car in morning-of after someone scraped the front of my car to check if there was any damage other than to the paint. Staff were quick and kind, and didn't charge me for the inspection after nothing internal ended up being wrong with the vehicle. Thank you!!

Great service! I had my water pump go out in my work truck and needed it fixed ASAP, I walked into kerrys car care without an appointment and Justin and his team got right on it, evaluated the issue , gave me a price and I was back on the road in a couple hours. James was amazing today! Second time I've been here and they have been nothing but helpful and also educational(in a non-mansplaining way unlike most service providers are towards women). I appreciate the fast and friendly service today! I will definitely be coming to them over the dealership from here on out! Edit: I ended up having to come back a few hours later as oil ended up leaking out of my car. Not only did they fix it but they even cleaned up the large oil puddle off of our garage floor! Again, if you want above and beyond customer service, go to James!

I originally came in for an oil change. They were very fast, efficient, fairly priced. The technician, Dusten looked over the entire vehicle. Dusten was then able to provide a very thorough inspection. He was then able to explain in detail of any and all things needed.

Stopped by to get an oil change, and was immediately greeted by the gentleman up front. They were able to squeeze me in and it only took about 30 mins, everybody was so friendly and extremely professional! I will definitely be back in the future to fix my car. Highly recommend Kerrys!

I’ve taken every car I’ve had for the last 7+ years to this location. They go above and beyond to help you in repairing your vehicle and giving you the best advice. They have great prices and the work is always high quality. I don’t trust any other auto repair shops like I do Kerry’s Car Care on Norterra! Henry and Kevin are super sweet,patient,hard working and truly amazing employees. They’ve always went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it! Not to mention they have great coupons and deals for oil changes! 💜 thank you guys for everything!!
