I’ve been going here for years and they’re always completely transparent about what needs to be done and if something does pop up, they help me prioritize what needs to get done versus what should be done. So thanks guys/all for always being helpful and honest! Oh and go to Window Coffee across the street while you wait for your car to get fixed, it’s so good 10/10 😎

Repairs are done well and priced fairly. One of the mechanics Kevin went out of his way to find the most cost-effective solution for me. Props to him and other mechanics who worked on my car!

Kerry's Car Care did an outstanding job on my car. About a week ago, my vehicle started to overheat. I took it to several places, but felt uncomfortable returning because I have a European engine, and not everyone can work on those types of cars. After speaking with a friend, he referred me to Kerry's Car Care in Chandler, AZ, as he was dropping off his SUV for repairs on May 6, 2025. I'm thrilled I took his advice! I had a radiator leak, and Jose and his team did an excellent job with the repairs, which were completed on a Saturday. Jose asked me to return the car the following Saturday to ensure everything is sealed. He also mentioned that there is a five-year warranty on the parts. His pricing is quite fair, and I can confidently say I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Jose and staff! DH

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They are not into greed and provide solution to the problem and explain their root cause analysis as well. Very satisfied and highly recommended!!

Absolutely the best mechanic experience I have had. The communication was above and beyond what I expected. The whole crew was attentive in solving some electrical issues with my car, sending pictures and providing updates along the way. Cannot recommend this shop enough!

Nick and Alias were a big help today. It was busy when I got there but they made it up to me by doing a kind gesture and getting rid of a creaking noise by adding some grease/lubricant to the area. They’re very fair and honest. Thank you Alias.

Kerry's Car Care in Gilbert saved me from turning into a pumpkin at night! When my headlights went out on Friday evening, I thought I was going to be forced to only travel during the day until my dealership could get me in for service. Luckily Kerry's team was able to get me in on Saturday afternoon, quickly dentified the problem, and fixed it. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!!

Daniel provided exceptional assistance, efficiently identifying the driveshaft as the source of the problem within a 30-minute inspection. Consequently, I will utilize this facility for all future vehicle servicing needs.

Jon was great and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and communicative throughout the repair process. Place goes above and beyond for their customers and it’s greatly appreciated. Price was steep, but fair for what needed to be done. The quality of work and professionalism displayed is well worth it. EDIT: Just wanted to update this review and say that Collin and the team here are still wonderful. I had gotten into a new car and had the inspection done at this Kerry's, and they're always very communicative about any issues they find, pictures included, and very transparent about repair costs. Will gladly continue taking my vehicles here.

James is a very caring and knowledgeable employee at carries there on Lake Pleasant ave. He went above and beyond to help out with my car concerns and really provided me with a true peace of mind when I had none prior to arriving… He shot me straight, gave me some personal experiences. He went through himself, and gave me some options that he recommended which Completely changed my view on taking my car into shops… I now realize that there are some HONEST and caring professionals in the car service industry.
