“This is going to seem a little unusual but in a world where ppl are more inclined to say something negative over something positive ...I would like to share something positive. Oddly enough I did not actually use the services here. I called looking for pricing for diagnostic and repair after my check engine light came on and AutoZone told me it was my knock sensor. I spoke with David. He gave me the diagnostic pricing and and answered several of my questions - he was patient, upfront/honest, and very helpful. Even afterI called back to tell him I told him I found a more affordable option he was still very polite. If I honestly had the money to pay for the service through this location I would have chosen this place all based on how awesome David's customer service was. Ive worked in customer service most of my life and it seems to be a dying art in today's world so when I receive such great service I believe it's important to acknowledge it! Thank you David! Somebody give this guy a raise! At the very least a shout out!”

They diagnosed the issue, determined I didn't actually need the cooler, and fixed the problem for a fraction of the quote received by the other shop. I worked with David throughout the process.
