Kerry’s Car Care #860 provided absolutely impeccable service. They truly helped us out of a bind while we were traveling to Arizona from my son’s soccer tournament. The caliper on our 2019 RAV4 broke into pieces, and while other shops turned us away—saying they were closed until Monday—Kerry’s got us in right away. They had us back on the road by 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and their honesty, hard work, and quick service meant we didn’t miss a beat. We had the car back and ready for my son’s Sunday game and didn’t have to stay through the week waiting for repairs. We are incredibly grateful for their help and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Not only did the team at Kerry’s knock out every single item, they truly went above and beyond at every turn. They took the time to explain everything clearly (no upselling, no pressure, just honest recommendations), kept me updated throughout the day, and even squeezed me in when I mentioned I had a tight schedule due to travel plans. The work was done fast, the pricing was fair and transparent, and when I picked up my truck it honestly felt brand new again. Little thoughtful tasks, not on my list, were done showing how much they care about the customer experience. I’ve been to plenty of shops in the Peoria area, but Kerry’s has earned a customer for life. Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. Every single employee i spoke with was kind, patient, and communicative. They showed me exactly what the issue was on the car and kept me updated every step of the way.
