This is one of many times I brought a vehicle to Kerry's. This visit was told replace spark plugs and coil packs. Just like every visit so far, they have me a honest good quote, fast service and zero issues. I highly recommend. I will be returning for more work when I need it. Thank you Kerry's team!

Great service. Great price for an oil change. Was charged $10 less than I was quoted. I waited and they had it done in a timely manner and were very nice.

They were abke to fit me in and accommodate me due to my hectic work schedule. I was taken care of on my lunch break, they were quick, cordial and knowledgeable about all that I needed and offered me a timeline to make it all happen. They gave me competitive prices, I do not feel any need to shop around, these gentlemen took care of my vehicle and guided me to what I needed to service next. I will be back soon to get the next services that I need taken care of.

Kerry’s Car Care in Chandler is the kind of place that makes you wish every business was run like this. Jeff and his team are super honest, crazy helpful, and they actually explain what’s going on without talking to you like you’re a lost tourist in your own engine bay. 😂 They got my car handled fast, the price felt fair, and I left feeling like my car just got a spa day and a pep talk. If you want a shop that’s trustworthy, professional, and still somehow has good vibes, this is it. Highly recommend.

Always the best experience with James , he doesn’t beat around the bush when it comes to educating the customer and displaying pictures to verify problems that need to be addressed with the vehicle . Highly recommend .

I went there not knowing what was wrong but the manger there was so helpful and told me he could find what was wrong . Jeff is very knowledgeable in cars and fixed me problem so glad I went there .ge was very helpful got me in and out .Thanks so much I will be using them in the future.

I brought my Silverado in for a check up. The general manager Jeff was on the floor and very pleasant to talk to, he made me comfortable which helped with my decision to leave my vehicle with this shop. The work done was priced well and of great quality. I will be returning with another vehicle in a few weeks. Definitely recommend Kerry’s car care for your auto needs

Dropped off my car last week and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness of the establishment. Jesus helped me, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I appreciated the fact he didn't try to pressure me into more work than was needed. Finances are tough for me right now and he broke down the most important things that needed attention and what could wait. I will definitely go back for the remainder of my car issues and future repairs (hopefully none anytime soon). Prices were fair, but the honesty from the employees was priceless. I appreciate the fact that management does not to force their employees to rip people off.

Excellent service. Somehow my wheel got jammed in the parking lot as I was about to leave from an oil change. The attendant came over and immediately fixed it! Now's that's quality!

Last oil change, I went to a different business.And they didn't even do the oil change correctly, which made me leak two quarts of oil, and they didn't check anything.So I had a constant problems and spent money for items that weren't even done.So needles to say I was scared. This place came highly recommended and boy where they. I asked for an oil change tires, rotated and possibly balanced. Because it shakes at fifty miles per hour.Not only did they test it, they fixed it, oil change was perfect.And fast as places not only extremely professional, they are kind and considerate as well as has a great sense of humor. I will be going nowhere else.

Have brought the vehicle in twice before and the pricing is equal to/better than the dealership and the turn around time is tough to beat in comparison as well. Working in customer service/hospitality myself, the face to face interaction has always been tip top. Brought in on a Saturday for a relatively minor issue….granted it turned out to be a super easy fix, but had the car back in a very short time period and at no charge via the small issue. Would definitely recommend!
