Although I wasn't able to afford the service, the team was very knowledgeable and understanding. They offered some alternatives and understood that they weren't the best option due to my vehicle type. You all have serviced me before and I will be back for other repairs!

2013 Honda civic a/c blowing warm called Kerry’s and they were very professional, knowledgeable and took good care of me and my civic. Found the trouble and now my kids and I have to turn down the a/c because it’s super cold! I was always told by other companies “This is just how civics are they don’t blow cold” Not at Kerry’s, they figure out what was needed and fix my a/c. I couldn’t be more happier I’m no longer sweating in arizonas heat

Fabulous service center for my Audi Q8. The work I had done was impeccable, honest, and thorough. It was my first visit to this service center (Randall) and I'll definitely be going back.

I appreciate the quick service they offered. I was traveling from out of town and they were able to take a look at my car. They offered a temporary, quick fix so I could continue to travel.

Very thorough. This is the only shop that I fully trust with my car. They have found and fixed issues that other shops couldn't figure out.

My car was making a whining noise. I had already taken it to a different garage. And all they did was fix the brakes and blamed me for them going bad. I felt like Kerry’s car care was honest about my car issues and I will be retuning to fix the rest!

Justin that works at the shop provided me with absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I have had working with an automotive shop. The attention to detail, the follow up, and the positive results. Everything that was done was done professionally and with the customer in mind!! This shop has gained my loyalty, I’m not going anywhere else but Kerry’s!!

I feel like they are extended family. They always treat me like a king. They always get the job done right. I trust these guys implicitly to do right by me and by my car.

Great. They understood that it needed to be done fast as this is the only care my handicap mom can get in and out of and she had an appointment I needed to get her to in the afternoon. They were fast.

As the Arizona heat arrives, my AC was blowing warm. I took my truck to Kerry's, and they revived it back to normal, oh what a relief. They diagnosed some other issues and gratefully so. I really appreciate their emails/ text messages about up to date details. My truck needed some attention, and Kerry's made it happen in a business day. Jason, the staff member was very polite and great to deal with. Thank you Kerry's for a great experience.

Jesus and Brady are seriously the best. They did a pre-purchase inspection on a used car for me and totally saved me from a really bad deal. They were thorough, honest, kind, and didn’t even charge me for the inspection! Also not to mention the waiting area is super cool?? Like there’s art hung around on the walls and really nice furniture. These guys are now my preferred mechanics.

These guys are awesome. We were on a 3 week vacation. While visiting family, our ac went out on our Jeep Liberty on a Friday afternoon with temps in the triple digits. They had it fixed for us by Monday afternoon. Very professional and excellent customer service. Very reasonable prices.

I've patroned Kerry's Car Care since my very first car in 2011. They are simply the best in the business and always make repairs and maintenance a low stress affair.

We use Kerry's for all our vehicle repair shop needs. Jason is the best - always accommodating and gets quotes quickly and ensures our repairs are completed asap.

On June 11th, I dropped off my 97' Ford F350 for a "engine light" activation. My truck has the OBD1 system and not the OBD2. Apparently my truck in an anomaly due to its year, should have been the OBD2. I appreciate/Commend Aaron Gish & Jose Cordova for their tireless efforts attempting to track/capture the error code. Through Zero fault of their own and numerous hours attempting to determine issue, ultimately my truck was just one that the solution could not be determined. I appreciate their professionalism, courteous updates. I would also like to recognize Liz in the front office. Liz was very polite, courteous and displayed professionalism with every contact with her. I can't speak highly enough of these 3 individuals and would recommend Kerry's Car Car in Chandler to all looking for quality vehicle care. Than you.
