Traveling to Phoenix to visit family and needed an oil change before returning to Alabama. My family recommended Kerry Car Care. I said let’s do it an gave them a call. Miranda answered the phone and from that moment on…. The service was excellent. I asked for a tire rotation as well and Miranda called to inform me that the most optimal tire configuration was already in place. They gauged the tires and told me my tread depth and indeed they were right. Back home…. If had requested a tire rotation…. Not so sure they would have not charged me for the service and not performed the task! Very honest, very efficient, and very friendly to a foreigner like myself to the Arizona area. Kerry's Car Care on Mariposa Street promptly replaced the power steering pump on my 24 year old car on very short notice.

I get coupons from this vendor so I set up an appointment for an oil change. They gave me a really great deal on a purchase of a five pack of oil changes and they did a full inspection of my vehicle and were very professional. They showed me all the issues. They were very honest with me, I ended up having to have a pressure test because I had a coolant leak. They explained everything to me in detail and were very kind and with the five pack and the pressure test I ended up paying a little over 150 bucks. I thought that was a great deal and I will be back. Special thanks to Miranda, she was kind understanding knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful.

Fixed my ac ... definitely need done

I took my car in for a check engine light, and it turned out to just be a loose wire. They didn't charge me for the part (like other shops might have) or taking the time to look into it for me, gave a Lyft ride, and were literally the kindest people ever. If you want to be respected and work with nice people, this is the place to go! Thanks Miranda and team!

I have been coming to this location for several years, and I have always been impressed with their honesty and integrity. I recently needed a major repair on my car, and the service advisor (Daniel) clearly explained why it should be done, along with explaining the pricing in advance. This type of service is greatly appreciated and stands out in this industry.
