Kerry’s Car Care was an absolute godsend! My mother and I were on a road trip from Canada and going across the Southwest with two large dogs in a 1981 Dodge Ram campervan. When we arrived in Phoenix, all of a sudden there was this horrendous screeching of metal on metal emanating from the van! It was a few days before Christmas as we searched for an auto repair shop that would take us seriously. We went to five other well known repair shops in Phoenix, and while they would quickly check the front brakes, they each implied that "the brakes were perfectly fine, most likely a rock was stuck, which would work its way out" (even though we had numerous mountain and canyon drives ahead of us). Kerry’s Car Care was the first and only auto repair shop willing to place the van up on a hoist and they properly inspected both front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. Lo and behold, they discovered failed rear brake mechanisms, which had also damaged the rear wheel cylinders. They were able to order new parts and had us up and running in a timely fashion at a fair price. Jesus and Daniel provided exceptional service, everyone there was so kind and considerate. Overall honest mechanics who provide quality work. My family and I are so very grateful that they treated us with the utmost respect during the entire experience, even providing a dog friendly environment. The campervan is now driving better than ever as we continue our travels safely through winter snow and ice. I highly recommend the folks at Kerry's for their exceptional skill set, especially regarding their knowledge and expertise of vintage vehicles! Thank you ✨

Daniel truly cares about the customers, very charismatic and knowledgeable. Mechanic Anthony went out of his way to make sure my car was well taken care of in a timely manner.

Don’t listen to the others saying they up sell you on unnecessary things. They do a full FREE FULL VISUAL CAR DIAGNOSTIC. If you have questions, they answer them. They do price quotes on anything you might need done. Free Lyft ride if you don’t want to wait and most services are completed same day..Etc; It’s up to you to shop around for different prices on services that you want done if you don’t like the price you’re quoted. They also usually always have an oil special going on. All and all these guys are transparent and go above and beyond vs most mechanic shops. Choice is yours! Thanks guys and I’ll see ya next time!

Great service. The mechanic did a great job finding and explaining the issue to me in a way that gained my trust and offered me the solution to my issue without trying to up sell me on anything I didn’t need. Service was prompt and I really appreciated the free Lyft ride to and from my residence. Trust is everything in this business and they did a great job gaining mine. I will definitely return in the future.

I moved here from Texas in December last year, I had my own very trusted mechanic there and was skeptical about trying new ones here. I called the office and spoke with Miranda. She made the entire process extremely easy! When I got here, the mechanic actually brought me back in the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong and how they tested it. This is my second time here now with a different issue, and again, spoke with Miranda, got here, and got my car checked in super quick and easy. As long as I’m in Arizona, I will be coming to Kerry’s Car Care in Phoenix with every issue I have! Thank you guys for the great service!!
