Had a very good experience from the moment I walked in the door. They greeted me pleasantly, listened attentively as I explained the problem. Got my vehicle in right away & did an inspection. Showed me what the problem was & gave me a quote, while explaining the cost of each item. I got my car back the same day. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends & family & will use them in the future. Thank you for a very pleasant & painless experience.

They helped me with a gasket leak that just kept coming back. Andy from the olive location worked his tail off making sure it was good for me to take it home. They are always so nice and informative. I really like what they have done for my vehicle over the year!

Kerry's tried to answer their phones often, they communicate better than most mechanic shops, they're fast on Service, too! I gave them my car on Friday, for an Oil change, Break change, Blink bulb replacement, and they discovered my serpentine belt was ripping, brought that to my attention, and replaced that, too. Got my car back The next day! This is case by case basis, so I can't vouch they're always this fast, but the job is done right!

A very good place for any vehicle with awesome techs doing their jobs. Everyone is very cordial. Good and dependable in every way.

This place awesome it’s pricey but you get exactly what you for with warranty,I believe his name is Andy he a great help to especially by giving me options given to my financial situation. These guys are great! Highly recommend their services. I broke a control arm in the lower right rear tire. I was quoted several thousand dollars to fix at a different location. I went here for a second opinion and it was fixed within a day for a third of the price. They also offered a free safety check follow up in a week.

Had a great experience with getting my oil changed here. Got me in same day. Great customer service, I appreciated the thoroughness of the vehicle inspection and how upfront they were about services needed. Will be back in the future!

When my husband and I noticed a leak from my car on New Years Eve, we took our 2016 Explorer into Kerry's. Once they gave us the info we needed to understand what was wrong and the work that would need to be done (via phone), he and I went into the shop to talk with the team in person. We were greeted with professional and knowledgeable gentlemen with our best interest in mind. Since cars aren't my expertise they helped me to understand what the problem was, what the job would entail, and offered additional solutions to help save time and money in the long run. Although the price was unexpected (due to the nature of the problem and the extensive labor), Anthony helped us problem solve. We made informed decisions with input from experienced and well trained techs. The best service Kerry's offers, aside from the men and women they employ, is their warranty. They stand behind their work, they do it right, and they don't expect to have to use the warranty- because they're that good and their confidence is assuring. Thanks, team. We'll continue to keep you as our first choice in mechanics for a job well done.
