Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was kept informed on the progress of the work. They explained items of concern, that need attention as soon as possible. The staff wasn't pushy or rude. The staff didn't talk "down" to me either. Comfortable waiting room. Recommend them to everyone.

The staff at the Peoria location are amazing, warmhearted and pleasant to work with.The mechanics are also very knowledgeable in the field so I would definitely do business there again.

Through all of the auto shops I have been to before Kerry's is hands down the best I have ever been to. Your employees act with integrity and are respectable, kind people. Bobby specifically helped me out today. I came in for a simple oil change and left with a lasting impression. After maybe 5 minutes of driving back home my check engine light came on and I immediately came back to Kerry's. Without hesitation Bobby came out and checked the problem. He didn't ask me to wait, and he even was able to call me by my first name. Bobby's customer service was above and beyond. His advice was genuine and real. I didn't feel as if I was being sold additional products that were unnecessary. Bobby is a star employee and deserves recognition for his exemplary work. His attitude and hard work will keep me a returning customer.
