It was my first time at Kerry's Care. It was nice not hearing that everything under the hood needed to be replaced or fixed. The service rep, Bobby, was a pleasure to work with. There was a "SNAFU" with the bill, that the rep, Bobby, realized he had made before I could catch it. The swift effort to correct was more than satisfactory. I have grown weary of maintenance folks always telling me the world is wrong with my vehicle. I take good care it. This is the first time, someone noted that "hey, it looks like you take good care of your truck! The items noted are small and not in need of any action." You could have knocked me over with a feather. I am now a customer. Nice to have a sense that you are not being taken for a "ride." They should open a Doctor's Office.
