I came in without an appointment with a problem. That needed immediate attention. It was an issue I had tried to fix at another auto repair. I got a free inspectin which revealed some very expensive repairs. Justin was great in working with me and offered several financial options as well as making sure I had a vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready. The work was completed in a couple days. The 50,000 mile warranty made me feel confident in their work.

Could not start my vehicle, so Kerry’s sent a mechanic to get me started. Dropped off and picked up a few hours later…no charge this time. Kerry’s Airpark Auto Service took excellent care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee! They replaced my radiator, hoses, and a low battery, and even did a thorough inspection to make sure there weren’t any hidden issues. Wow—never thought I’d be leaving a 5-star review for Kerry’s! This experience was a huge improvement compared to my previous visits. Jesus was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. A while back, I had some poor work done on my ‘62 Galaxie and was given a 5-pack of oil change coupons as an apology. Honestly, the only reason I even came back was to use one of those free oil changes. I nearly tossed them and went somewhere else, but figured I might as well get something out of the situation. Turns out, the coupons only covered synthetic blend oil—none of my vehicles use that; they all require full synthetic. Not sure why they gave them to me in the first place if they couldn’t actually be used, but maybe that was the point. When I brought this up, Jesus explained that while they could use synthetic blend, it wasn’t ideal. Then, without hesitation, he said he’d upgrade it to full synthetic at no extra charge. That really impressed me. He also let me know that Jose—the manager responsible for the past issues—was no longer with the company. That was good to hear. While I was waiting, Jesus came in and asked if this was the first oil change since I bought the car. I said yes, and he informed me the drain plug was completely stripped and unusable. My first thought was, Great, how much is this going to cost me now? But to my surprise, he said, “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it. The oil pan is fine—we’ll just replace the plug. No charge.” About 15 minutes later, he came back again and apologized for the wait—they had run out of oil filters for my car. Of course, just my luck. But again, he already had one en route and it didn’t take long to arrive. They also performed a kind of used vehicle inspection and sent a full report directly to my phone, complete with pictures of everything—body, suspension, motor, you name it. It was clear they took their time and actually paid attention to the details, even though this wasn’t a job they were making any money on. This time around, I felt a level of honesty and attention to detail that I hadn’t experienced at Kerry’s before. Jesus went out of his way to make things right. He really earned back some trust by being transparent and treating me fairly. Thank you, Jesus, for the excellent service. Sincerely, MK

I had never heard of this company till yesterday when I got a flat tire and pulled into the gas station for air. D’Artagnan ran out of building checking if I needed help. Hottest day of the year and he helped me change tire in 5 min vs 30 or never. I then returned next day for new tires and service and found out he stayed t ill end of day to ensure my car was ready and fixed. He alone will be the reason I return for future car needs. He needs a raise or promotion or something. Best customer service ever!!!
