Amazing service!!! I bring all my vehicles in Kerry’s Car Care. Will is so honest with us he shows up the problems that are going on with my vehicles. The honesty here is so much higher than other shops!! I feel safe here. We found our new shop home. Thank you Randall and your Team!!

Showed up soon after opening, was greeted, checked in, and concerns about my vehicle were noted. I left my vehicle and soon after was contacted with responses to my concerns as well as a list of recommended maintenance items based on my vehicles mileage. After I reviewed and approved the recommended services the technician got to work. My vehicle was returned to me at the end of the day with all of the services completed. These guys really go above and beyond to help me to insure that my vehicle stays well maintained.

I was at Half Price Auto and felt they were giving me the run around with my truck. Call Kerry’s and spoke with Jason he was amazing on told me to bring my truck over right away. They inspected the truck and Jason took me over to show me what’s was really wrong. Half Price Auto was trying to sell me things not needed. I can trust this shop! Thank you to the team at Kerry’s for helping me with my truck and keeping my family safe!

Had an overheating scare and rolled into Kerry’s Car Care worried I’d be without a car for days. Manager Justin jumped right on it. He diagnosed the issue, walked me through the repair choices, and kept me updated the whole way. No upsell, just honest guidance and quick work. Picked up the car the same afternoon and it’s been running perfectly. Big thanks to Justin and the techs. Five stars all the way.

Great experience I got a set of tires and and inspection and they told me what I needed to take care of, and displayed it in a way where I can fix them in order of importance. They also proved what they were seeing by showing me under the car and provided me with pictures after they were done.

David was a great help he fix my vehicle right up now my car runs very smooth thanks again I highly recommend to go see David he's very knowledgeable and efficient.

I'm a recent transplant to the Phoenix area and the last thing I wanted to deal with was my car needing repairs. Jesus was amazing. He worked magic with my tight budget. Kerry's is a top notch Car Care facility. In fact, I honestly can't remember ever receiving better service or being treated more fairly. Our 2014 vehicle had multiple issues; which led us to believe that our cause might be lost. Thanks to Mr. Allen and Mr. Fendrick, this was not the case. Our vehicle now runs as well as it did it did years ago. In the end, the great Service Advisors and Technicians who work at Kerry's have more than earned our trust. I’ve now visited Kerry’s Car Care twice, and both experiences have been excellent. On my return visit, they fully honored their warranty without any hesitation, which really speaks to their integrity and professionalism. The team was friendly, transparent, and took the time to explain what was needed and what was covered. It’s refreshing to find a shop that truly stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. I’ll definitely continue to trust Kerry’s Car Care for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable repairs and outstanding customer service. Was great! In and out and one of the techs (forgot his name) found some other issues with my new truck which is now at dealership getting fixed! Grateful he went the extra mile to inform me and even did what he could to hold me over.. they even threw in my air filter (that I bought separately) at no charge.. sure it was easy and already accessible but most places would still charge for it.. which makes no sense to me. Great business so far, no complaints. Will go back!

I love that Kerry’s does a nice job of getting me in and getting the job done fast. All of the employees are awesome and I’ve never had an issue with any of them! I always feel heard and never have felt pressured into services.

The service was incredible! It was pretty quick and not crazy prices, especially if you do the packages. I am impressed & will definitely be returning!

I usually work on my own cars bc I can. Recently I broke down on the busy road in front of their shop. They did everything they could to help me out of traffic. I ended up having to be towed. I had the tow company bring it right to their shop. Since they were so helpful I let them do the work on my truck. They had truck done that day. Great people, quality work, good prices. Definite recommend!!

Our most recent experience was an oil change. They got us in same day and quickly out the door. We've been customers for over 8 years and are very satisfied with their services for both routine maintenance and repairs. We have had them work on 3 of our vehicles over the years. We prefer using Kerry's Car Care (Norterra) for repairs because they have competitive pricing and their good communication. What we appreciate most is that they will show us what was damaged before the repair and show us what the repair looked like afterwards. We've had great experiences with Kerry's Car Care through the years and having them work on our vehicles!

Super care and attention... we had a dead Prius battery that the Toyota agency had put in - After our car was towed to them, Kerry’s went to the trouble of going to the dealer and convincing them to replace the useless one for free. They took a full day to make sure there were no other defects and returned it to us in great shape . They didn’t charge us, and we were so surprised. They really care for their customers. We are certainly theirs, for sure.
