Was very nice and went over everything with my car and things needed done for the future...took pictures so I could see what the issues were. Also was very nice to give a 10 dollar coupon off my oil change.

Being new to the are , Ive been trying a few different auto mechanics, Kerrys Car Care , on north valley parkway has impressed me. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I needed a tire plug yesterday and they got me back to work asap. They saw that I was in need of my car fixed and back on the road and they did just that. I needed an oil change today and they got me in right away. I’m going to bring my wife’s car here next. The staff is patient with me and I don’t know much About cars. They let me finish my thought and answered everything I wanted to know. The waiting room is nice, clean and comfortable with leather chairs , coffee and What looks to be 65” tv Bring your vehicle to a Kerry’s

Jay was great! He explains things in normal persons terms. He doesn't upscale you and understands how tight budgets are! We will continue to go here for all our vehicle needs!

Jay and the Kerry’s Car Care team were incredible! Our 2016 Kia Soul needed a new catalytic converter. This was our first time using Kerr’s and I’m so glade we did. By the time we dropped the car off Jay already had the parts needed to complete the work. He even gave us a coupon to put towards the final price. Had a great first experience here! Andres and Jeff were both amazing. I went in for an oil change and suspension inspection. They showed me pictures of everything that needed to be repaired, which was something new for me...it made the whole process feel super transparent. Andres explained and broke down how certain mechanisms work in a way that was easy to understand. They got me in and out quickly. The early morning hours (I was there before 7:30) made it incredibly easy to fit into my schedule. The price was reasonable, especially with the inspection including pictures. The online scheduling was a breeze. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything, there was no pressure, no overwhelm. The atmosphere was welcoming. The lobby is beautiful with plants and artwork to enjoy. Couch was comfy. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I was on my way to take my dog to the groomer and the tire pressure warning light came on. I dropped her off and immediately went to the Chevron station where I found a non-working tire check machine, but did discover a screw in my tire. So I drove to the CircleK, which was next door to Kerry"s Car Care. As I was about to put money in the machine, service advisor Lisa, on her way to get lunch, stopped me and said Kerry's Car Care could do that for free. I thanked her and said I had not even realized they were next door and I already knew I had a screw in my tire. She immediately offered to take me back to the store where they would check the tire and give me a quote for fixing it. Lisa showed initiative in her job and kindness in her manner towards me. I am so grateful that she interrupted and offered services through Kerry's Car Care. Richard was quick and efficient yet thorough and was able to finish the repair so that I could pick up my dog in a timely manner.

I’ve been here twice and I will keep coming back! The quality of the work is great, plus the team is so friendly and really wonderful communicators.

I have taken my car into Kerry's car care a few times. The location on 43rd Olive. They are so great. The are very professional and have so much patience with there customers. Let me tell you that goes a long way with me. Especially in this world these days you don't get that kind of help, that kind of customer service. I've dealt will Jason who is a blessing a angel he's very honest and helpful and answers all questions very respectfully n with patience and to the best of his ability. Will has also helped me so much they are both at the front counter answering phones taking care of there customers with integrity and efficiency. The whole staff there deserves more great reviews. I would recommend them to everyone I know who needs any car repair. Keep up they great work gentlemen you guys are great!!!! Can't say it enough. 10 stars if I could.

Went in for an oil change and an inspection. I received a discount on the oil change and had a thorough inspection of the car. Where a few things will need repair soon, there was no pressure to have them done immediately like I have had at other places. Great friendly service.

Still getting some work done,parts being found and ordered for the repair process. Happy I am with the work,financial process customer service and all my dealings with Kerry's Car Care so far to date. Facility is clean, well organized for the customer with ample comfortable waiting area while your repairs are completed. Will continue to do business here as well as recommend this business to others.

Had a great experience with Kerry. My daughters Mercedes broke down and we had the car towed there on a recommendation. They took care of her and her car in a fair and square. Jeff communicated the issue and there were no surprises.
