I would recommend Kerry's Car Care over any other Service Facility, because of the Wonderful & Striking way they "run" their business. In tracking-down my complaint, Kerry's obtained a Complete "baseline"/diagnostic, so I could be informed if any "Issues" were present or soon to be appearing. Luckily, my car is new enough that no "repair issues" were looming, but if large problems Should arise, Kerry's Thoughtfully has provided TWO different ways that repair-financing could be obtained, so your family vehicle could have the repairs it needs to be "Safe" & "Compliant" and Continue to provide the use it always has. Also, its Techs will reach-out to explain a situation to you [--I've Observed ], so one can understand Why a repair might be needed/necessary. They did what they said the would do in a timely manor. Top class operation.

Everyone I talked to was super knowledgeable about everything. Any question I had they were able to answer it (even the dumb ones). They were very friendly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything like the dealerships would. Spoke with John directly and he was a very nice dude. I appreciate everyone who works there and will not be taking my car anywhere else!!

Service competed on time and as I expected

Awesome experience. Took my car in immediately for an oil change and tire rotation. Work was complete in less than 30 minutes. Only recommended new work was for new brake pads and rotors; I knew they were close when I brought it to the shop. I expected needing new tires, but they didn’t try to upsell me anything. Very professional and personable customer service.
