From start to finish I had an excellent experience with John and the other staff. Went in for an oil change and to get a leak checked out. 100% transparent and payment options were too easy and put me at ease knowing I had some work to get done. Very personable, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend anyone I know and others to bring your vehicle here for any services. I’ll be back for any future services. These guys were amazing!!! They got me in and out quickly, When there was some question about what I had asked for versus what they did they immediately took it off my bill. They literally charged me a third of what the last shop I took my car to get an oil change to me for the same service!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would they were awesome!!!

The staff was good. The repair was done well and the price was fair. I just felt like they were overbooked with jobs over the weekend and it took longer than they said it would. But other than that I was very pleased.

We were traveling from out of state and had some issues with our vehicle and I had called around to see where we could get in on a Saturday and wish I could have started with them. I had explained our situation to the others and it would have been a 2-3 day wait to even have it looked at. I called Kerry's Car Care and spoke with John Aquilar told me to bring it in and they would get us in and back on the road. John was very courteous and knowledgeable and kept us informed on what they were finding. The prices are very affordable! I have already recommended this shop to all my friends in the Phoenix area and will continue to compliment their service for the remainder of our trip. From both my wife and I we would like to thank the crew for relieving the stress of mechanical issues and we can enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you John and crew!!
