He diagnosed the issue, walked me through the repair choices, and kept me updated the whole way. No upsell, just honest guidance and quick work. Great experience I got a set of tires and and inspection and they told me what I needed to take care of, and displayed it in a way where I can fix them in order of importance. They also proved what they were seeing by showing me under the car and provided me with pictures after they were done.

Was great! In and out and one of the techs (forgot his name) found some other issues with my new truck which is now at dealership getting fixed! Grateful he went the extra mile to inform me and even did what he could to hold me over.. they even threw in my air filter (that I bought separately) at no charge.. sure it was easy and already accessible but most places would still charge for it.. which makes no sense to me. Great business so far, no complaints. Will go back!

I love that Kerry’s does a nice job of getting me in and getting the job done fast. All of the employees are awesome and I’ve never had an issue with any of them! I always feel heard and never have felt pressured into services.

I usually work on my own cars bc I can. Recently I broke down on the busy road in front of their shop. They did everything they could to help me out of traffic. I ended up having to be towed. I had the tow company bring it right to their shop. Since they were so helpful I let them do the work on my truck. They had truck done that day. Great people, quality work, good prices. Definite recommend!!

They only want to help and they want to bring you the ultimate satisfaction. Jay is a very helpful too. Especially with mustangs, so be sure to ask for him if he’s there if you own a mustang.
